Jeff Andrew, Vice President of Supply Chain & Customer Care, with more than fifteen years of management experience, has a proven track record in successfully managing enterprise systems operations for large global organizations. His areas of expertise encompass both the operational and technical aspects of service delivery. Utilizing Andrew’s background and leadership skills, Tech Force has modernized its global logistics business practices and created measurable improvements in Tech Force’s readiness.
Andrew oversees Tech Force’s global logistics business initiatives including managing all purchasing and warehouse operations, as well as inventory and warranty service delivery to insure optimal productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He is also responsible for the management our Customer Care program. This successful program focuses on the delivery of exceptional customer services from every aspect after the sale. Andrew’s responsibilities include ensuring complete customer satisfaction, as well as managing the department’s new business venture activities with the existing client base.

Before joining Tech Force, Andrew worked with Computer Sciences Corporation where he directed the development and implementation of the company’s global strategy that included data center consolidations, Help Desk consolidations, and enterprise systems management. Andrew held several different positions within the organization including Vice President of Strategic Outsourcing, Director of America’s Operations, and Vice President of Global Service Delivery. Prior to working with Computer Sciences Corporation, Andrew worked for Electronic Data Systems for many years and held several different titles during his tenure including Regional Manager of Information Service Processing and Manager of Technical Services.

Andrew views the challenge of driving Tech Force’s logistics services forward with excitement and confidence. His goal is to build on existing strengths while incorporating his unique understanding of the market, combined with his strategic process improvement skills and use these as the catalyst for continued growth.
