support, announces support for Verari Systems
post warranty equipment. |

supported Verari customers over the past
several years in conjunction with Verari,
Tech Force is now offering custom support
programs directly to Verari customers. As
Verari’s North American support partner,
Tech Force offers a variety of support programs
to closely match the needs of the Verari
installed base. These support programs include
depot repair, advanced exchange, as well
as onsite services. Tech Force’s inventory
of Verari spare parts allows them to maintain
most versions of Verari's products released
over the past several years. |

| Akamai, one of
Verari’s most prominent customers, has
recently signed a post warranty support agreement
with Tech Force. “Tech Force has been
our support company for both warranty and
post warranty Verari systems. We turned to
Tech Force once we learned Verari would no
longer be able to provide warranty service.
Tech Force responded with a support program
to meet our needs” said Akamai’s
Supply Chain Manager. |
